Functieomschrijving:
- Je werkt aan uitdagende zaken en adviseert over individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, internationale tewerkstelling, vakbonden, HR-advies en meer;
- Je vertegenwoordigt ook je cliënten voor diverse rechtbanken;
- Je onderhoudt contact met de cliënten en zoekt samen naar oplossingen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
Profiel:
- Je hebt je master rechten behaald en toont interesse in het arbeidsrecht;
- Je bent proactief en neemt graag de leiding, je bent leergierig en geeft altijd je beste;
- Als junior associate werk je altijd samen met een team van ervaren professionals, je kunt dus goed met je team overweg en bent sterk in samenwerken .
