The Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) division provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels.

We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for coronary and peripheral diseases, and oncological indications.

Job Summary:


As a Brand Communication Manager, you will support TIS business units in communication strategy and reflects with accomplishments both internally and externally.

You will be responsible for the design of marketing and promotional materials (print & digital) in collaboration with the marketing teams and external agencies or vendors to support brand identity and online presence.

While maintaining the integrity of the TIS product brands in all EMEA, you will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the communication activities are executed as planned to achieve company objectives.

You will report to the Communication Manager TIS EMEA.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

  • Support the Communication manager to develop and implement the communication strategy for the business in cooperation with the marketing teams
  • Actively plan and support product launches, campaigns, and other communication initiatives
  • Design marketing and promotional materials (print & digital) in collaboration with the marketing teams and external agencies or vendors to support brand identity and online presence
  • Contribute to content production towards channels (Intranet, Website etc.)
  • Coordinate with the Digital Communication Specialist the publishing of marketing materials
  • Measure, analyse and document performance of marketing and communication campaigns to adjust future communication plans accordingly (KPIs, analytics, )
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw Marketing communications team and stakeholder's attention

Branding

  • Ensure that all promotional materials are aligned with company's brand identity and guidelines
  • Protect brand integrity by ensuring that the TIS verbal guidelines respected for internal and external communications

Project Management

  • Manage the execution of the communication plans and advertising plans (print & digital)
  • Manage projects, timelines and deliverables when working with agencies or internal associates
  • Manage external production suppliers

Compliance

  • Address and resolve any problems that may arise with promotional content or distribution of materials
  • Responsible to keep all related audit information in order and manage as per internal
- process of approval of promotional materials

  • Conduct audits to assess compliance of approved promotional material
  • Define and manage all communication materials stock but also check all versions are up to date.

Miscellaneous

  • Support to EMEA entities
  • Manage order creation, payments, and receipts
  • Report regularly on the budget and expenses
  • Reach out to other teams (Digital, Marketing etc.) to get a broader understanding
  • Operate remotely with teams from other locations

Profile Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education in Marketing/Communication preferably linked to the Medical, Paramedical or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • 5 years minimum working experience in a similar position
  • Practical knowledge and experience on medical devices is an asset
  • Possesses strong organizational skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Is familiar with publishing programs like InDesign and/or Photoshop
  • Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Can think creatively and analytically
  • Manages time efficiently
  • Works well with a variety of different individuals
  • Possesses solid problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish projects with little or no supervision, both in a team atmosphere and independently
  • You're open for travelling (on average 23/month, 2 days (1 night)).
  • You possess a strong level of written and oral English, as well as excellent organizational skills
