What you'll be doing

As a consultant

  • You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, data landscape, and AI/ML requirements
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across client projects
  • Provide guidance and best practices for data engineering and AI/ML solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on data engineering and AI/ML best practices
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to upskill client and internal teams

As an AI Lead

  • Work closely with Movify's leadership team to define and shape the company's AI strategy and roadmap
  • Identify potential use cases and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML within Movify's products and services
  • Develop, support and foster an enthusiastic AI community within Movify. You proactively create regular moments to gather consultants around AI discussions
  • Support consultants (designers, developers, product specialists) willing to learn and upskill themselves in AI. You accompany the consultants who are evolving to new AIdriven roles
  • Collaborates across teams to drive growth and promote AI solutions

Skills & qualifications

  • Degree in Data science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data or BI Engineer, Computer Scientist, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, and data engineering tools
  • Keen interest in AI/ML with a desire to expand knowledge in these areas
  • Ability to translate technical AI/ML concepts for nontechnical clients
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and public speaking abilities
  • Selfmotivated with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive new AI initiatives
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing
  • Excellent Dutch or French, with good command of English
