**Rôle de la fonction**
- **Le project manager a pour mission principale le suivi des projets d'investissements et de rénovation du patrimoine du Logement Molenbeekois.**:

- **Il/elle prend en charge la gestion complète d'un portefeuille de dossiers jusqu'à l'achèvement complet des travaux.**:

- **Le project manager suit les projets de manière optimale, dans le respect du cahier de charges, du budget et du délai.**

**Principales responsabilités**
- **Connaître le patrimoine du Logement Molenbeekois de A à Z.**:

- **Gérer les projets d'investissements mission complète d'étude et de suivi des travaux.**:

- **Analyser les besoins pour les constructions neuves et les rénovations ainsi que la maintenance.**:

- **Gérer, planifier et superviser les opérations de chantiers.**:

- **Elaborer et justifier le budget prévisionnel des travaux et de la maintenance.**:

- **Négocier et contrôler les contrats cadres des prestataires.**:

- **Suivre les demandes d'autorisations auprès des différentes autorités.**:

- **Connaître et mettre à jour le cadastre du Logement Molenbeekois.**:

- **Accorder une haute importance à tous les aspects liés à la sécurité.**:

- **Être le support technique des responsables de zone.**:

- **Donner un feedback régulier au Directeur Technique.**

**Tâches de la fonction**
- **Participer en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Technique à établir et rédiger leplan stratégique investissement et développement**:

- **Etablir le coût prévisionnel des travaux**:

- **Remplir et envoyer les demandes de subsides**:

- **Prendre en charge l'ensemble des aspects de projet d'investissement : esquisse, avant-projet, dépôt de permis, demande permis, DBA des travaux, rapport au CA, analyse des offres, exécution des travaux, suivit financier, suivi du planning, réception provisoire et définitive gestion des contacts interne comme externe.**:

- **Gérer des contrats cadre : définition des besoins, DBA, rapport au CA, analyse des offres, exécution des travaux, fournitures ou services, suivit financier, suivi du planning, réception provisoire et définitive gestion des contacts interne comme externe.**:

- **Diagnostiquer l'aspect technique du patrimoine.**:

- **Rester en veille en matière de sécurité (formations, séminaires, documentation), s'assurer des respects des normes de sécurité au sein du patrimoine du Logement Molenbeekois**:

- **Mettre à jour régulièrement le cadastre technique dans le programme Antilope**:
