Description:

You support the management of the Data Department in their operational activities, ranging from Finance & Portfolio management to first line support for Agile system set-up and for HR & Procurement activities

  • Support the financial processes: Multiyear plan, Target setting, Budget, Forecast and Actuals
  • Run the reporting of the portfolio process for Data initiatives; align with Initiative owners, Product owners, Data department management and Transversal portfolio management
  • Monitor & perform quality checks on the Agile reporting systems (Clarity / Rally)
  • Setup and manage SharePoints
  • Support in capacity management by contributing to the on / offboarding processes, aligning with the available resource budget and preparing of HR reports
  • Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) towards the Procurement department.
  • Other adhoc tasks related to team & project administration

Required experience / knowledge:

2-6 years of relevant experience

Technical experience:

Mandatory:

  • Excel and Powerpoint intermediate level

Preferable:

  • Agile tools: Rally / Clarity / SharePoint

Business experience:

Mandatory:

  • Familiar with or willingness to learn project management processes and tools
- knowledge of the standards in use by the bank

  • Solid analytical skills, combining financial and business insights

Preferable:

  • You have a proactive & structured approach
  • You are a strong communicator with clientoriented focus
  • You work autonomously, accurately & efficiently

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

  • Day shift

  • 1000 Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
