Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een **Customer** **Service** **Agent** (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in Zaventem.

Onze klant is actief in de IT sector.

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Customer Service Agent (m/v/x) zijn**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en de logistieke flow van onderhoudsinterventies door de Service Engineers;
- Je maakt en verstrekt werkbeschrijvingen aan de ingenieurs;
- Je stelt veiligheidsplannen op;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de follow-up van projecten;
- Je maakt rapporten en beheert documenten in het systeem.

**De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie als Customer Service Agent zijn**:

- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels;
- Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office en hebt een goede kennis van SAP en SalesForce;
- Je hebt interesse in de sector;
- Je kan zelfstandig en resultaatgericht werken;
- Je bent sociaal en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je bent ontmiddellijk beschikbaar.
