**Functieomschrijving**
- Je tekent in nauwe samenwerking met het management het beleid uit rond Learning & Development.
- Je stelt op basis van de behoeften van de organisatie jaarlijks een opleidingsplan op.
- Je zoekt naar geschikte opleidingen rekening houdend met de beschikbare budgetten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitwerken van e-learning projecten van nieuwe en bestaande opleidingen.
- Je zorgt samen met je team voor de administratieve afhandeling en opvolging van de geplande opleidingen.
- Je coördineert de afdeling Learning & Development en coacht, adviseert en ondersteunt de medewerkers van het team om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen en blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwe trends en instrumenten op het gebied van personeelsontwikkeling.

**Profiel**
- Je bezit een master diploma in een HR gerelateerde richting.
- Je hebt ten minste 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in het L&D vakgebied.
- Je bezit over een visie, uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
- Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar onze verschillende vestigingen.
- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
