Job Description:

Looking for an IT functional administrator with enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on mentality. Our functional administrator position offers a lot of independence, variety, and challenges. You'll interact with all departments of the company, ensuring each day is different.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain applications.
  • Familiarity with existing applications at Be Food and their corresponding business processes.
  • Translate user explanations of application issues into proper technical terms.
  • Ensure applications align with the IT environment, user needs, and current workflows.
  • Test and deploy new applications and software.

General Tasks:

  • Automate and develop business systems, identifying opportunities for digitalization.
  • Test new features and adapt to technological advancements.
  • Analyze and report issues to various stakeholders.
  • Communicate with users and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with users, vendors, and IT colleagues.
  • Provide user training, create user manuals, and advise management on necessary adjustments.
  • Handle IT support tickets and prioritize them.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or knowledge of business applications required.
  • Strong interest in technology and digitalization.
  • Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, basic knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Experience not required but education related to business applications is beneficial.
