As HR Advisor Manufacturing, you are in close contact with all production-related departments at the Herentals site.

You will support the division on a number of pillars:
supporting the leadership, attracting new employees, talent management, retention and well-being and social dialogue.

You act as the main point of contact for all managers and employees in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Quality departments.


  • You provide support and advice to managers specifically in the areas of recruitment, performance management and employee development. From your advisor role, you will support and guide our employees through the change programme (Back2Basics) and the other continuous-improvement initiatives that will be launched.
  • You are responsible for attracting new talent. Together with our in-house interim partner, you guarantee the timely intake and qualitative onboarding of temporary employees according to Production's demand. Your responsibilities also include the recruitment of permanent employees. You build a long-term talent pool by participating in various initiatives that reinforce Griffith Foods' image as an attractive employer in the area.
  • You are closely involved in the performance and evaluation process. Together with managers, you detect training needs and set up training initiatives that encourage the development of our people. You assist our managers in handling specific cases.
  • You initiate HR improvement projects that contribute to a successful organisation, such as the further development of the absenteeism policy, employer branding and succession planning. You initiate and follow up reintegration processes with all stakeholders.
  • As a member of the Committee for Prevention and Wellbeing at work (CPBW), you participate in the social dialogue. You attend and prepare the monthly meetings. You work closely with the prevention adviser to set up wellbeing initiatives.

Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree and can present 35 years of relevant experience. You have knowledge of social legislation.
  • Experience in a production environment is a big plus
  • You enjoy taking on challenging projects. Analytical skills and solutionoriented thinking are among your core qualities.
  • You are at your best when you can work proactively and resultoriented in an autonomous way.
  • To bring projects to a successful conclusion, you have a flexible attitude and a handson approach.
  • You excel in diplomatic, open and tpthepoint communication and are a committed relationship builder.
  • You are willing to work from the production site in Herentals.
