Wat wij verwachten


•Je bezit een zeer goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels

•Diploma ASO

•Een of meerdere jaren ervaring als service desk agent in een ITIL-omgeving

•Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt oplossingsgericht en bezit uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

•Stressbestendig

•Flexibel

•Leergierig

•Bereid tot werken in shiften (7: – :)

•Je organiseert zelfstandig je werk, zonder het ondersteunen van collega's uit het oog te verliezen

•Goede basiskennis en interesse in IT:

•SW-omgeving klant: W, Office6, O, Windows Server 8R2, Windows Server6, Windows Server (virtueel)

•ITSM-tools zoals SCSM, TopDesk of ServiceNow

•Telefonie: CISC
