The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to shape and deliver on the mobility strategy.
  • Identify the need and deliver on policy and process improvements.
  • Communicate policy and processes to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance within the International Assignment Policy.
  • Review market data. Identify, understand and manage changes.
  • External Orientation / Benchmarking.
  • Evaluate and propose recommendations on complex requests for policy assessment and nonconformities.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Relevant experience in global mobility roles in complex multinational organisations.
  • Master or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Highly influential with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation through your strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills to drive results.
  • Excellent skilled user of Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience in working with a combination of both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Motivated and able to challenge status quo, drive change and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to determine priorities in alignment with the business needs and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
