**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je plant, monitort en controleert de **financiële gezondheid** van een departement.
- Je werkt mee aan de maandelijkse afsluiting, provisieproces, analyse en rapportering van de **resultatenrekening**.
- Je analyseert **afwijkende tendensen** per departement.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **voorbereiding** van het budget, forecast en lange termijn planning, in overeenstemming met de **doelstellingen** en **deadlines** van het bedrijf.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van **financiële analyses**, business cases en je biedt ad hoc financiële ondersteuning bij grote **bedrijfsprojecten**.
- Je controleert en volgt projecten op tijdens de **uitvoeringsfase** en voor de **afsluiting**.

**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:

- Je beschikt over een **hoger diploma** (bij voorkeur Master) in een financiële richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Iemand met een Bachelor en sterke motivatie komt zeker ook in aanmerking.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in **audit **of **financiële / business controle**.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in **financieel procesondersteunende tools**.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met financiële systemen in een **middelgroot** tot **groot bedrijf**.
- Je bent IT-vaardig en je kan vlot overweg met **Microsoft Office**.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands**, **Frans** en **Engels**.
