Als Kwaliteitsdeskundige Parenterale producten kom je terecht in de steriele productieplant, waar zowel formulatie, afvullen, inspectie en verpakken van onze steriele producten plaatsvindt. Deze levensbelangrijke producten worden hier aan een hoog tempo en met een hoge kwaliteit dagelijks geproduceerd.

**Jouw functie**:
- Je zet de patiënt op de eerste plaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren, tijdig behandelen en opvolgen van **marktklachten **met betrekking op de parenterale producten. Je zorgt voor goede communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders. Je coördineert de opvolging van stalen van marktklachten en initieert extra testen en escalatie naar hoger management wanneer nodig.
- Je hebt een hart voor kwaliteit en compliance. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **controleproces** van de half afgewerkte producten en afgewerkte producten volgens de vereisten en/of specificaties van de betrokken markten en interne richtlijnen.
- Je staat garant voor productkwaliteit. Je levert input voor het behandelen van **afwijkingen **en voor het evalueren van **change controls** aangaande parenterale producten. Je zorgt voor een volledig en totaal overzicht door samenwerking en overleg met alle betrokken partijen.
- Je wil **continu verbeteren **, en werkt proactief mee aan verbeteringsinitiatieven die de kwaliteit van het eindproduct garanderen en streeft zo naar een daling van het aantal afwijkingen en klachten. Je kan **probleem oplossend **denken.
- Je bent **punctueel en gestructureerd **. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanleveren en evalueren van data voor periodieke kwaliteitsrapporteringen met name Annual Product Reviews, Management Review Meetings en Quality Department meetings. Je voert controle rondgangen uit conform planning. Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van externe en interne inspecties die kaderen in functie van algemene compliance.
- Je bent een **sterke communicator **. Om de continuïteit van de marktbevoorrading te verzekeren en stock-out situaties te vermijden, zorg je voor goede communicatie en afspraken met de planningsafdeling.
- Je kan goed werken in **teamverband **en onderhoudt een open en constructieve dialoog met de verschillende partners. Je kan omgaan met tijdsdruk en wisselende prioriteiten.
- Je hebt een wetenschappelijk diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en in het Engels.
