You will play a crucial role in supporting, inspiring, and encouraging the professional development of employees. Collaborating with clients, you will create an environment where talent can flourish optimally. Each client, process, and individual is unique; we prioritize the distinctiveness and specificity of each person to unlock their full potential. By attentively listening to clients, you will uncover their underlying needs and develop well-founded initiatives based on your expertise and experience to contribute to sustainable talent policies. Through co-creation with clients, you will design and facilitate programs that identify individual talent, provide result and talent-oriented coaching, and deliver interactive training and workshops, all while emphasizing openness, leadership, and ownership. As a Senior Consultant, you will guide clients in these domains, taking on responsibility for implementation while ensuring quality through systematic follow-up and mentoring.
3. Who are you?:
We are seeking a colleague who:
- Is a fluent communicator in Dutch and English, fluency in French is a plus.
- Has extensive experience in Talent Management, especially in designing and implementing individual and collective programs.
- Is familiar with psychometric tools, simulation exercises, and training/coaching.
- Is proficient in project management and possesses strong organizational skills.
