- As a (Salesforce) Project Manager, you will be joining our existing Salesforce team, a Salesforce Summit Partner (in Belgium)
- You'll be working on local and international projects.
- You'll be managing an internal project team and coordinating the delivery of digital transformation projects for our top clients.
- You are responsible for your team's resource allocation, team coordination and optimizing productivity.
- You are the voice to our customers, and you'll need to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and keep them informed about project progress.
- Together, we build on the ambitious growth of our Salesforce practice.
Your skills include
-
At least 5 years of experience in
Project Management (including consulting expertise)
-
Leadership: with your leadership skills you motivate the team and contribute to creating a collaborative environment in which everyone within the team can excel
- Experienced in Scrum Agile methodology, you have a proven track record of effectively implementing Agile principles to drive project success.
- Industry knowledge: ideally you have expertise in managing projects in a manufacturing, retail or pharma & life sciences industry.
- Handson & proactive mentality
- Experience in Customer Experience platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English/Dutch
