Right now, we are looking for a Claims Manager for a well-known insurance broker in the Roeselare region. As a new team member, you will be part of a larger group of around 300 employees.

Job Description:

  • Thorough analysis and assessment of insurance claims.
  • Negotiating with involved parties to reach suitable solutions.
  • Proactively communicating with and advising customers throughout the process.

Profile:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as law, insurance, or financial management.
  • Several years of experience in claims management or a related area.
  • A customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • An analytical mindset for complex issues and efficient problem-solving.
  • Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure and within deadlines.
