Job description:
The Bank's strategic program for the implementation of a 'New Contact Strategy' involves the deployment of a new multi-media 'contact' solution, the migration of related activities (onboarding) to this new solution, and the deployment of additional supporting tools

These tools include:

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the 'product' strategy and vision
  • Identify and understand the business/client needs (client centricity),
- orient the customer when required to monitor the product strategy (focus on priorities, on stability, on a unified common tool)...

  • Define and analyse the business model using modelling techniques and methods.
  • Analyses and translates the business/client needs in requirements towards the building of the target solution(s) (solution oriented).
  • Formalize the requirements in the standards used by the tribe / squad. Liaise with the squad and other contributors when required.
  • Prepares and participates to the endtoend testing of new functionalities to deliver maximal quality.
  • Helps businesses onboard on the new solutions together with the change supporting teams.
  • Identify, commmunicates and manage the constraints, impediments, risk(s) and issues to keep qualitative delivery ontrack.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a business analyst role
  • Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Good understanding of testing
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch-English or French-English. Do you speak all 3 languages? You just got yourself a bonus.
