At the end, Altertox mostly focuses on 1R ¿replacement¿. Based on its strong expertise in NAMs (New Approach Methods) with the up-to-date technologies and the best experts, Altertox has developed a large portfolio in the area of alternatives to animal testing and research.

education, training, communication, dissemination, EU research calls focused on NAMs in toxicology, consulting and advocacy.

**Description de la fonction
**YOUR ROLE IS TO

  • Manage the administrative tasks of the EU Funded Project (PrecisionTox) and the consortium
  • Support PrecisionTox project governance
  • Develop and implement consortium communication and outreach to the public
  • Ensure knowledge transfer via training program and webinars
  • Ensure maximum impact and uptake of the Project outputs
  • Promote Precision Tox goals and achievements to the general public
  • Participate in activities related to the cluster
  • Ensure all Precision Tox deliverables and milestones are issued on time
THE EU PROJECT TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Consortium communication and outreach to the public
  • Meetings organisation and participation
  • Minutes of Executive Committee and other management meetings
  • Organisation of webinars, Cafe scientifique and events
  • Organisation of the annual meetings
  • Webinars (Organise, present when appropriate)
  • Production of project Newsletters, podcasts and videos
  • Cluster meeting participation regarding Communication and Dissemination on behalf of Altertox
  • Website maintenance supervision and social media
  • Coordinate deliverable reports on a timely manner
  • Lead the activity on equality, diversity and inclusiveness in the consortium
  • Ensure good relationship with other partners from the project
  • Any activities the coordinator of PrecisionTox may suggest related to the WP

**THE CANDIDATE IS COMFORTABLE IN:

  • Projects proposal writing (Impact section, WP description, budget etc...)
  • Liaison with press and media, event coverage, interviews, article drafting and placement (newsstory, opinions and press release)
  • Realisation of interviews and podcasts
  • EU policy environment
  • Proofreading and advise on readytobe published materials (blog posts...)

**The position is ideally based in Belgium (home or hybrid office to be discussed). It is a part
