**JSR Micro NV** maakt deel uit van de Japanse multinational JSR Corporation, die wereldwijd 7000 mensen tewerkstelt in de chemie en Life Science sector. Wij zijn sinds 1988 gevestigd in **Leuven** en stellen **200 mensen** tewerk.

JSR Micro NV produceert state of the art fotoresisten voor de semiconductor industrie die gebruikt worden over heel de wereld. Fotoresisten zijn lichtgevoelige polymeren die gebruikt worden bij de productie van elektronische componenten in computers, tablets, smartphones. JSR is marktleider voor deze producten door zijn innovatieve ontwikkeling en nauwe samenwerking met zijn klanten.

**In onze Life Sciences afdeling hebben we een installatie voor de productie van proteïne A chromatografiemedia, een belangrijke hulpstof die onze klanten gebruiken voor het aanmaken van de nieuwste generatie van biologische medicijnen voor de behandeling van o.a. kanker en immuno-aandoeningen.**

Met haar innovatieve materialen en spitstechnologie wil JSR Micro NV een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de duurzame ontwikkeling van energie en milieu. JSR Micro NV ontwikkelt onder andere materialen die gebruikt worden in geavanceerde batterijen en volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen actief op.

Job inhoud:

- Als Quality Control Manager sta jij aan het hoofd van onze QC afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **efficiënt functioneren van het QC labo** en zorgt ervoor dat alle QC gerelateerde materies op een **kwalitatieve, efficiënte, kostenefficiënte en tijdige manier** worden afgewerkt.
- Je onderhoudt en zet **nieuwe processen** op om de kwaliteit en de betrouwbaarheid van productanalyses te waarborgen en zorgt ervoor dat dit systeem constant aan de behoeften van onze productie
- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten wordt aangepast.
- Als Quality Control Manager kijk jij toe op de correcte toepassing van het kwaliteitssysteem en sta jij in voor **supervisie en coaching van je medewerkers** en voor het opzetten en beheren van verbeteringsprojecten voor het QC labo.
- Alvorens ze goed te keuren neem jij alle **QC gerelateerde documenten, rapporten en protocollen** grondig door en verzeker je de kwaliteit van de resultaten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **kwalificeren van QC methoden en uitrusting**.
- Als Quality Control Manager werk je nauw samen met Productie en QA.
- Je werkt in **dagdienst** en bent **flexibel** naar productie toe.

Wie ben jij?

**Kwaliteit en kwaliteitscontrole in Life Sciences zijn jouw vakgebied. Je coördineert en coacht een team van gedreven QC Process Technicians en Specialists.**
- Je hebt een **wetenschappelijk Masterdiploma** behaald (bv. Chemie, Biologie, Farmacie of Bio Ingenieur) of een equivalente ervaring opgebouwd.
- Je hebt **minstens drie jaar ervaring als manager van een QC labo**, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische, Life Sciences industrie of analytisch labo.
- Als Quality Control Manager stuur je jouw team dynamisch aan op respectvolle en motiverende wijze
- Je hebt een **toegepaste kennis van de belangrijkste biologische en chemische technieken**, oa.: Bioburden, PH, Conductiviteit, UV, SDS page. Volgende ervaring is een pluspunt: opzuiveren van eiwitten en chromatografie, uitplaten van cellen, ELISA technieken, HPLC, en opstellen/ rapporteren van stabiliteitsstudies.
- Je bent een kei in het oplossen van problemen en hebt ervaring met **methode validatie, kwalificaties van toestellen** en met **verbeteringsprojecten**.
- Als Quality Control Manager switch jij vlot tussen verschillende projecten en prioriteitsverschuivingen en denkt **strategisch** en **analytisch**.
- **GxP** en **ICH richtlijnen**, **ISO 9001** zijn voor jou bekende begrippen.
- Je hebt een degelijke **IT kennis** en van statische verwerking.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en planning vaardigheden en drukt je **vlot** uit in het **Nederlands** en het **Engels**.
