**De Functie**:
Als marketeer ben jij de architect achter het succes van onze digitale producten: (paid) videocampagnes op social media voor zowel onze klanten als onze eigen socialz. Je smeedt een strategisch plan en stuurt wekelijks geweldige posts, reels en stories de wereld in.
Je analyseert de doelstellingen en kansen van onze klanten en vertaalt deze met jouw expertise naar een strategische aanpak voor social media videocampagnes.
Als onbevreesde social media regisseur neem je de leiding in het beheer van deze projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met onze klanten, verzorgt videocalls en presenteert met trots jouw campagnes en scripts.
In gesprekken ben je een proactieve probleemoplosser die met verve lastige vragen aanpakt. Leiden, inspireren en kalm blijven zijn jouw sterke punten.
Je bedenkt video-ideeën die naadloos aansluiten bij de campagnes en deelt deze met jouw collega's in het videoteam voor uitvoering. Ervaring met het maken van professionele videocontent is een pluspunt, maar zelfs als je nieuw bent, staat ons ervaren team klaar om je te ondersteunen.
Je plant en lanceert de campagnes in de social media business managers. Eenmaal live, houd je de resultaten nauwlettend in de gaten, onderhoud je de campagnes en optimaliseer je waar nodig.
**Jouw Superkrachten**:
- Je hebt eerdere ervaring bij een bureau en bent vertrouwd met de workflow voor organische posts en betaalde advertenties.
- Je bent een krak in social media, kent de laatste trends en weet het maximale uit advertenties op Meta, LinkedIn en TikTok te halen. Algoritmes zijn jouw speelveld
- Je hebt een vlotte pen voor het schrijven van aantrekkelijke posts en advertenties.
- Je maakt moeiteloos boeiende reels en stories met je GSM. Voor moeilijkere videoproducties kan je sparren met Bart, Jeroen, Levi,. Samen +30jaar ervaring in audiovisuele producties.
- Je bent welbekend met de business managers van Meta en LinkedIn. Kennis van andere sociale platformen zoals bv. TikTok zijn zeker een pluspunt.
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en pakt snel nieuwe software en programma's op.
- Jij bent communicatief vaardig, denkt altijd één stap verder en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Heb je geen ervaring? Overtuig ons dat jij perfect bij deze functie past.
**Pluspunten**:
- Kennis van Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator of Canva.
- Ervaring met Google SEA en Wordpress.
- Kennis van GA4 & Tag manager
