We are looking for a new colleague for our Product Engineering team at our location in Ypres.

About the Product Owner role at ZF in Ypres:

Your tasks as Product Owner:

  • You represent and manage the product backlog and you are the interface between the development team and the stakeholders,
  • You proactively provide customer and business context to engineering team,
  • You define and promote a clear vision of what the future products should be like, you contribute within your domain to the global product vision and roadmap,
  • You read and research cloud computing blogs daily and have a thirst to deploy products and services in the cloud to leverage its speed, pricing model, flexibility, reliability, and security,
  • You maximize the value produced by the team, monitor and drive the KPI business performance.

Your profile as Product Owner:

  • You have 2+ years' experience working as a Product Owner in a Scrum team with technical software acumen,
  • You are able to go deep with engineering when required but you understand that your real value is your business acumen, strategic thinking, and precisely informed perspectives; you never lose sight of what your customers need, when they need it, and why,
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude and are passionate about technology,
  • You have an agile mind and are decisive, inquisitive, visionary, businessfocused and creative with problemsolving abilities,
  • You have excellent communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.
