Providing legal advice and being involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of contracts and legal documents
Supporting departments internally on legal questions
Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field and Luxembourg laws
You hold a Master's degree in law or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel in a PSF firm with a deep knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIF/PE/RE)
Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, others languages will be considered as an asset.
Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations
