Responsibilities

Develop the data business platform 'Rtoaster' provided by the company.

'Rtoaster' consists of services such as:

• Recommendations based on behavioral and customer attribute data
• Personalization platform
• Customer data integration for deriving value Customer data platform
• Data infrastructure and authentication base for the above platforms

Participate in existing feature enhancements and new product developments for 'Rtoaster', as well as be involved in launching new product developments for overall product business expansion. Tasks include understanding product requirements, system function implementation, architecture design, framework selection, development of implementation logic, automated testing for quality improvement, and system investigation related to customer inquiries.

• Engineers have autonomy in technical selection decisions
• A culture understanding to resolve technical debt and drive essential service growth
• Team collaboration with Product Managers and Designers for development

Essential

• Experience in web application development and operation using Python
• Application development experience using SQL
• Experience in front-end development and operation using design methodologies for both front-end and back-end

Preferred

• Knowledge of general web system security
• Experience in web application development and operation in a Linux environment
• Web application development and operation experience using Java/Golang
• Experience in cloud infrastructure construction and operation on Google Cloud
• Experience as a team leader
• Experience in developing proprietary services
• Experience in creating customer-facing documentation

• Proactive in communication with development engineers and business sides for swift execution

Flextime system (core time: 11:00-16:00) - Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Remote work system. As of November 2023, a minimum of 4 in-office days per month is required.
