Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel beheer van het kantoor:
- Je staat in voor de verhuur en het beheer van de studentenkamers in onze residenties;
- Je organiseert bezichtigingen, maakt contracten op, int voorschotten, checkt studenten in en uit, stelt plaatsbeschrijvingen op, behandelt klachten;
- Je staat in voor de wekelijkse visuele controle van de gebouwen;
Werkgerelateerde competenties:
- De inning van huur en kosten administratief opvolgen (bewijs van betaling, procedure opstarten in geval van niet-betaling,...); opstellen van afrekeningen voor huurders;
- Huuraanvragen analyseren, de bezetting van woningen opvolgen;
- Huurders actuele informatie geven;
- Antwoorden formuleren op vragen en klachten van klanten;
- Planning en uitvoering van herstellings
- of renovatiewerken;
(Functie) eisen:
Je genoot bij voorkeur een opleiding in Facility Management, bent pas afgestudeerd of genoot van een
eerste werkervaring;
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, kan zelfstandig werken en je bent stressbestendig;
- Je hebt goede kennis van Excel en Word;
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en positief ingesteld;
- Je kan resultaatgericht en in teamverband werken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je spreekt en schrijft correct Engels
