Keyholder/supervisor (35hr)

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where innovation and ideas are given every opportunity.

• Supporting the management team and, if necessary, replacing it to achieve the KPIs and create profit opportunities;
• Set individual daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance;
• Follow up on KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and keeping the management team informed;
• Supporting the operation of the store, including inventory management, labor costs, administration and work schedules;
• Helping to create an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional personal service and always putting the customer first;
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

• Is highly customeroriented and has experience in managing a team efficiently;
• Achieved good results in developing and expanding your team;
• Experience in pursuing and improving KPIs and sales targets in the retail sector and a good understanding of the operation of a store.
