Job purpose & objectives:
Respond to customer needs and achieve affiliate's financial objectives through effective management and
continuous review of Customer Services matters with BPO and customers.

- Customers
- Demand/Supply chain:
- Administer stock management program (communication, reporting,)
- Manage material master data process
- Ordering Process:
- Manage FOC orders (MNP, samples, Duodopa,)
- Analyse the reasons of blocked orders and take appropriate actions
- Support serialized device purchasing process
- Other OTC related matters, not limited:
- Follow up and help to resolve customer disputes together with BPO and FSS (distribution,
- Follow up on product recall
- Timely sending of invoices, customer statements and reminders
- Customers
- SAP Material Master Data Maintenance
- Continuously Support the Demand & Supply Manager
- Coaching of OTC Analyst
- Support & take active role on OTC improvement projects
- Adaptability: switches quickly from one task to another without losing efficiency

- Min 3 years professional experience in Customer Service
- Ideally familiar with pharmaceutical requirements principles
- Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Ability to favourably represent the Affiliate image to customers
- Fluent in English. Fluent in French and good level in Dutch.
