**L'un de nos clients dans le secteur de l'audiovisuel à Bruxelles est à la recherche d'un data analyst avec 3 ans d'expérience minimum.**

**QUELLE SERA TA MISSION ?**

Sous la supervision du Head of Data & Insights, tu collaboreras à la gestion, à l'exploitation et à la valorisation des données liées au portefeuille du client.

Tu aideras à la prise de décisions business, et à la maximisation du R.O.I.

Tes responsabilités principales seront:

- Acquérir une **vue d'ensemble des données** disponibles en interne et en externe
- ** Récolter, définir, structurer, modéliser et valoriser les données chiffrées, quelle que soit la source des données**:

- Dégager les **principales tendances de consommation media/publicitaire** et communiquer des **insights stratégiques** sur les médias/marques en régie
- ** Transformer les données en informations **parlantes et exploitables
- Mettre en place des** outils d'aide à la prise de décision **et les **promouvoir **en interne
- Préparer les données dans l'outil de dataviz PowerBI : structure et modélisation
- Comprendre et challenger les **besoins business**, émettre des **recommandations**:

- ** Inspirer et guider les clients **internes et externes
- Participer à des** projets d'entreprise transversaux, **dont les** projets d'innovation digitale**

**QUEL EST TON PROFIL ?**
- Tu disposes d'une **formation supérieure en data analyse, marketing ou à orientation économique**:

- Tu as une **expérience de minimum 3 ans en data analyse, data management ou en analyses marketing quantitatives** (validation, exploitation, synthétisation de données) dans le marché publicitaire-data
- Une expérience dans le marché média digital est un plus
- Tu comprends les business models digitaux et suis de près les tendances du marché publicitaire-data
- Tu as une **solide expérience** dans l'usage de l'outil de visualisation **PowerBI**, notamment la **préparation des données et tu es capable de créer des mesures DAX**:

- La compréhension des bases SQL est un atout
- Tu es bilingue **français-anglais** (avec capacité rédactionnelle), le néerlandais étant un plus
- Tu es **structuré, rigoureux**:

- Tu as un **don pour faire parler les chiffres** et tu es **pédagogue**:

- Tu es **curieux, enthousiaste, orienté-résultats, collaboratif** et tu as le **sens de l'initiative**
