Job Overview:

  • As a Sales Advisor, your main focus will be on showroom sales at BYD.
  • Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Actively seeking out new customers.
  • Providing correct information and advice to (potential) customers, building trust and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring smooth test drives.
  • Engaging with prospects.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at events, and on social media.
  • Coordinating vehicle deliveries to customers.
  • Working alongside the product engineer to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in compliance with established standards.
  • Completing necessary administrative tasks related to the sales process.
