Onze klant is een internationale speler die zich specialiseert in elektronische communicatie tussen bedrijven. Binnen de retailsector voorzien ze alle achterliggende data die nodig is om voor het lanceren van producten. Voor de uitbreiding van hun team zijn we op zoek naar een IT Support Specialist. Hun hoofdkantoor is centraal gelegen in Brussel, vlak naast het centraal station. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om 3 dagen per week thuis te werken.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Je komt terecht in een jong dynamisch IT team. Je neemt een brede, ondersteunende rol op jou waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor interne gebruikers. Zowel op hard
- als softwarevlak behandel je incidenten en zorg je voor een passende en duurzame oplossing. Bij on
- en offboarding zorg je ervoor dat alle nodige zaken voor handen zijn. Denk maar aan klaarmaken van pc, voorzien van de juiste licenties, toegangen, en meer. Daarbij komt ook het stockbeheer van hardware. Je volgt ontwikkelingen en evoluties op het valk van ICT en integreert deze in de ICT-strategie. Rapporteren doe je aan de IT Manager.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in ICT;
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of bent een uiterst gemotiveerde schoolverlater;
- Je hebt een brede Office365 kennis;
- Je bent leergierig, analytisch sterk en werkt graag proactief;
- Je hebt een open communicatie en bent klantgericht;
- Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Engels en kan een mondje Frans.
