Join us as Promat Global Business Developer and become a key driver in propelling our organisation's growth strategy.
Reporting directly to the Head of the Promat Platform, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our sales potential by developing and executing innovative business models and strategies on a global scale.
This position offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority, enabling you to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across various segments and countries.
What you'll do:
- Lead the creation and implementation of disruptive business models and gotomarket strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set ambitious goals and drive performance across segments and countries.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in product offerings and business models.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
- Implement initiatives to drive business results and achieve growth targets.
- Act as the primary contact between Segment Leaders, Country Managers, and the Platform, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration.
- Track key performance indicators to assess progress and refine strategies as necessary.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize business models and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide resources and guidance to ensure the successful rollout of divisional initiatives.
- Address performance gaps through coaching, training, and development initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track and significant experience in business development, including commercial and industrial partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong performance optimization skills and ability to navigate and drive success in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
