Onze klant is actief in de retailsector met hoofdkantoor in Noorden van Brussel. Ze zijn een essentiële schakel tussen merken en retailers zoals supermarkten. Ze spitsen zich in de eerste plaats toe op het optimaliseren van de bekendheid, zichtbaarheid en verkoop van de merken en producten. Ze bieden een brede waaier van in-store oplossingen aan, zoals het plaatsen van kortingsbonnen en promotiemateriaal, het remodelen van winkels of het opzetten van sampling acties. Ter ondersteuning hiervan zijn ze op zoek naar een IT Support Specialist.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Je komt terecht in een team van 3 personen waar je een divers takenpakket mag uitvoeren. Je behandelt zowel remote issues bij vertegenwoordigers op de baan als ook on-site problemen van eindgebruikers. Dit takenpakket omvat:
- Beheren van de mobile devices;
- Opmaken van korte werkdocumenten en handleidingen en geven van opleidingen omtrent het gebruik van de mobile devices;
- Oplossen en assisteren van medewerkers bij het gebruik van hardware en al dan niet bedrijfseigen software;
- Communicatie met verschillende ICT-leveranciers;
- Op termijn word je betrokken bij infrastructuur
-en netwerkprojecten.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je hebt een degelijke, praktijkgerichte ICT-kennis op het vlak van pc hardware en client software in een Microsoft Windows omgeving;
- Je werkt probleemoplossend en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing;
- Je kan zowel autonoom als in team werken;
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht, proactief en leergierig;
- Een opleiding ICT is mooi meegenomen, vooral de juiste ingesteldheid is een must;
- Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en goed Engels en Frans.
