onsultant for a major bank in
Gent or
Louvain-La-Neuve.

As a Consultant you will be responsible for managing daily banking operations within the financial institution.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a deep understanding of banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process various types of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the authenticity of customer transactions and documentation to prevent fraud or errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and banking products.
• Educate customers on banking services and products to meet their financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide reports and data to management for analysis and decisionmaking purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments such as loan officers, branch managers, and customer service representatives to meet customer needs and organisational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in daily banking operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

Fluent in Dutch, French and English

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with
  attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Certification such as Certified Bank Teller (CBT) or Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) is a plus.

You have a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
