Voor onze klant gelegen te Heverlee zijn we op zoek naar een accountant.
Je taken:
Verantwoordelijk voor de leveranciersboekhouding, boeken van onkostennota's en reconciliaties van rekeningen.
- Je initieert betalingen, boekt bankafschriften en bent verantwoordelijk voor de bankreconciliaties.
- De Btw-aangiftes neem je voor jouw rekening.
- Verzorgen van de intercompany doorrekeningen, confirmaties en aansluitingen.
- Meehelpen met de maandelijkse afsluiting en rapportering.
- Voorbereiden voor de rapportering naar de Nationale Bank.
- Assistentie bieden bij audits.
- Je helpt mee efficiëntieverbetering doorvoeren en bent back up voor je collega's.
- Rapporteren aan de Finance Controller.
- Je verricht ad hoc ondersteunende administratieve taken.
Onze klant is een Japans internationaal bedrijf met verschillende vestigingen over de hele wereld. Zij hebben 1 vestiging in België: Heverlee.

- Je hebt een Bachelor Accountancy/Fiscaliteit of ervaring.
- Kennis van een boekhoudkundig pakket is een plus.
- Goede kennis BTW regelgeving is zeker een plus.
- Vlot overweg met MS Office, in bijzonder Excel.
- Je bent nauwgezet en accuraat.
- Stressbestendig, je kan prioriteiten stellen en werken tegen deadlines.
- Flexibiliteit bij de maandafsluitingen.
- Je kan je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
