Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Functieomschrijving Als Data Mining Analyst lever je data gedreven oplossingen aan het management voor het faciliteren van beslissingen (o.b.v. machine learning en data mining). Je staat in voor het transformeren, verrijken en archiveren van operationele bedrijfsdata.
Je waakt mee over de definiëring van de data mining business doelstellingen. Zo weet je de information/business analyst te begeleiden in het vertalen van de business behoeften.
Tevens sta je in voor de implementatie van een data mining model: je transformeert data en doet aan data exploratie. Je ontwikkelt modellen en staat in voor de implementatie, het onderhoud, evaluatie en de optimalisatie ervan.
Tot slot ben je ook betrokken bij specifieke projecten (bv cloud werkomgeving) of fraude analyse in samenwerking met de dienst Eerlijke Concurrentie. Profiel Je behaalde een Masterdiploma en kan buigen op meerdere jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
Je hebt een goede kennis van machine learning en AI technieken (cf. data analyse). Tevens heb je een goede statistische achtergrond met een actieve kennis van analytische modellen.
Je bent eveneens gedreven in SQL en databases. Python zit eveneens vlot in je vingers.
Je kennis van KNIME of soortgelijke applicaties vormt een pluspunt.
Je bent een vlotte communicator en kan je vlot uitdrukken bij verschillende stakeholders.
Je bent analytisch ingesteld en houdt van een gestructureerde aanpak.
Je kan zowel autonoom efficiënt werken maar hebt tevens ook oog voor werken in teamverband.
Tot slot heb je een passieve kennis van het Frans. Aanbod
