Als Application Consultant voor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol opleveren van CRM-projecten bij klanten.
**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:
het geven van productdemo's, workshops en opleidingen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (en eventueel Marketing en Customer Service);
het analyseren van klantprocessen en deze vertalen naar de softwareoplossing;
het mee optimaliseren van de businessprocessen van de klanten;
het uitschrijven van functionele analyses;
het implementeren en configureren van de Microsoft Dynamics-omgeving;
het begeleiden van klanten bij de go-live en het bieden van ondersteuning en nazorg, zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse bij de klant.
Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Developers die op basis van jouw analyse en functioneel design, de oplossing technisch gaan ontwikkelen. Je rapporteert aan de Expert Team Lead CRM en bent sterk gemotiveerd om in een team te werken en je kennis te delen.

Een Application Consultant voor Microsoft Dynamics moet op een heel klantgerichte en kwalitatieve manier kunnen werken en communiceren. Je begrijpt zeer goed de businessprocessen van een klant op het vlak van sales, marketing en customer service en kan deze vlot vertalen naar een werkbare oplossing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Je werkt sterk analytisch, streeft naar een maximaal resultaat en stelt steeds de vraag van de klant voorop. Je kan autonoom een project uitvoeren, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's en je aanspreekpunt bij de klant. Elke dag en elke klant bieden jou een nieuwe uitdaging waarmee je gemotiveerd en gedreven aan de slag gaat.
Naast bovenstaande eigenschappen herken je je maximaal in onderstaande basisvereisten:
een hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
mínimaal 3 jaar kennis en ervaring in Microsoft Dynamics CRM en/of Dynamics 365 Sales;
grondige kennis van zowel de applicatie (functioneel) als de configuratie (customization) van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales;
kennis van van Javascript is een pluspunt;
uitstekende consultancy skills waardoor je de hele implementatiecyclus van analyse tot oplevering kan begeleiden;
sterk communicatief om klanten te begeleiden in hun implementatieproces;
goed projectmatig kunnen werken;
collegiaal en integer;
"work hard, play hard" is een motto waarin jij je kan vinden
perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, grondige kennis van het Engels en Frans is een pluspunt;
een rijbewijs en bereid om verplaatsingen naar klanten te maken.
