**Wie zijn wij?**
COVARTIM is een ingenieursbureau. Onze missie is om de MedTech-industrie te helpen medische innovaties te bevorderen en de gezondheidszorg te verbeteren.
Concreet ondersteunen we elk type organisatie (artsen, starters, KMO's, grote bedrijven) bij de ontwikkeling en certificering van hun medische technologieën.
**In een notendop**:
- Opgericht in 2016 door Kyun, oprichter en directeur, gepassioneerd door medische technologieën en al meer dan 15 jaar werkzaam in het vakgebied.
- Een (klein) team van 15 mensen jaar) die altijd klaar staan om elkaar te helpen (en tafelvoetbal te spelen).
- 6 managers die het team leiden, maar ook aan de projecten werken: Aurore, Eléonore, Emilie, Arnaud, Laurent en Kyun.
- 40+ lopende projecten elke maand.
- 100+ klanten in BeNeLux, Frankrijk, VS, Japan, Finland,...
Om te voldoen aan de voortdurend groeiende vraag van huidige en toekomstige klanten, zijn we op zoek naar een QA/RA Manager.
De job bevindt zich in Brussel of Luik, voor onbepaalde duur en onmiddellijk op te starten.

**Wat ga je in de praktijk doen?**
Jouw missie:
- Kwaliteitsbeheersystemen implementeren bij onze klanten, gebaseerd op het systeem dat wij hebben ontwikkeld.
- Interne en externe audits uitvoeren bij onze klanten.
- Regelgevingsstrategieën ontwikkelen voor de marktintroductie van innovatieve medische hulpmiddelen.
- Beoordelen en voorbereiden van documentatie voor aangemelde instanties, FDA en de bevoegde autoriteiten.
- Onze klanten (hands-on) operationele ondersteuning bieden.
- Regelgevingscontroles en gap-analyses uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat we nog steeds de beste zijn.
**Hoe?**
We voeren projecten uit voor onze klanten vanuit ons kantoor in Brussel en in Luik. We gaan naar de klant toe voor kick-off en follow-up meetings en voor audits. Sommige klanten willen ons één keer per week zien, andere zitten op duizenden kilometers van Brussel en zien ons alleen via Teams. Dat betekent dat we de meeste tijd op kantoor doorbrengen, samen met het team.
**Hoe zit het met het team?**
Onze leden zijn verdeeld over twee teams: het Development Team en het Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) Team. Als QA/RA Manager kom je terecht in het QA/RA-team dat uit 4 personen bestaat en onder leiding staat van Aurore.
De missie van het QA/RA-team is om onze klanten te helpen bij de conformiteit van hun medische innovaties met de regelgeving en om ondersteuning te bieden bij de marktintroductie.
**Voorbeelden van projecten**:
- Ontwikkeling van de Amerikaanse regelgevingsstrategie voor software (Klasse IIa);
- Ondersteuning bij het oplossen van non-conformiteiten na een audit op biocompatibiliteit en verpakking en bij het verkrijgen van de CE-markering voor orthopedische implantaten en instrumenten (Klasse III);
- Implementatie van een QMS en ondersteuning bij de certificering van een monitoringsoftware (Klasse IIa);
- Ondersteuning bij de regelgevingsanalyse, QMS-implementatie en certificering (Klasse C).
**Om je missie te volbrengen, heb je het volgende nodig**:
- **Goed begrip van de regelgeving voor medische hulpmiddelen en IVD (richtlijnen, verordeningen).**:
- **Goede kennis van kwaliteitsborging voor medische hulpmiddelen (ISO 13485, 21 CFR) en relevante normen.**:
- Frans/Nederlands en Engels kunnen spreken om te communiceren met onze klanten en ons kosmopolitische team.
- De tevredenheid van klanten als prioriteit stellen door kwaliteit en professionaliteit te combineren.
- Rijbewijs.
**Ervaring**
Om onze klanten en collega's te laten profiteren van een geavanceerde expertise, zijn wij op zoek naar mensen met een bewezen ervaring. Je maakt kennis met onze werkwijze en neemt vervolgens de volledige leiding over uitdagende projecten.
**Maar wat als je je vaardigheden wil ontwikkelen en wil groeien binnen COVARTIM?**
Eens per jaar stel je samen met je manager je doelen vast. Dat is een goede gelegenheid om je verwachtingen en behoeften op het gebied van verantwoordelijkheden en training te bespreken, evenals je salaris. Na 6 maanden controleert je manager of je op de goede weg bent om je doelen te bereiken en of je verwachtingen niet zijn veranderd. Op basis van het niveau van je autonomie, je controle en je vaardigheden krijg je de kans om door te groeien binnen je team en/of het bedrijf zelf, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheden in people management of word je een interne referentie voor een specifiek technisch onderwerp (we noemen ze onze Yoda's).
