Volvo Car Belux is part of EMEA, one of three stand-alone regions within Volvo Cars.
In EMEA, they are responsible for overseeing all commercial activities in over 60 countries and thus ultimately for region and market performance regarding financial targets and sales volumes.
They work closely with us, the markets, to know our customers and offer them the best possible experience.At the same time, they represent us, markets, in global initiatives to make sure that our customers' voice is heard.

The EMEA region consists of approximately 1.250 dedicated employees working in a truly international environment. Volvo Car Belux represents about 75 of them.Our Commercial Operations department is now looking for a Product Manager Cluster 60 (S60/V60/XC60) & Accessories to join us.
In this position, you will join a team of two other Product Managers (Cluster 30-40 & Special Vehicules + Cluster 90 & Market intelligence).
You will be reporting to the Volvo Car Belux (VCB) Head of Commercial Offer & Product team and work closely with your EMEA colleagues.
- As a Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to implement product and price strategy and changes on lifecycle for the Cluster 60 (S60/V60/XC60 and exciting future models) for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. You will get to compose a competitive product range that fulfils our volume and profit targets. In addition to the Cluster 60, you will also manage and develop our accessories offer for all clusters.
- You will become our next Volvo Cars brand & products ambassador and will answer to daily questions from our retailer's sales teams but also be in contact with customers & prospects during launch events.
- You provide a correct pricelist, car configurator, offermodule and informative dealer notes to the network, for every car that's in your line of responsibility and this in Dutch, French and English.
- If you like working internationally as well as crossfunctionally, then this role will allow you to do just that. You will collaborate closely with teams in both Belgium as well as internationally. You will also work closely with our POD (Planning, Ordering & Distribution) and Finance departments to achieve set goals.
- Furthermore, you will be the main link between the Commercial Offer & Product team and the different IT teams (in Belgium and Sweden) for all current and future offer and order systems. You will also work closely with the Competence Development department to elaborate and give attractive trainings to the retailer's sales teams.

- You have a university degree, preferably within Marketing, Sales, Business or similar, or someone with equivalent experience through years of practice. You have work experience from similar positions, and if you have previously worked within the automotive industry, that is a plus
- You consider yourself to be dynamic, autonomous, flexible and a real teamplayer, experienced in driving results through challenges whilst motivating others to join you.
- You are a proactive professional that will take initiative and can work with precision.
- You have a great affinity with all digital possibilities so that we can showcase our range of cars in an optimal and completely paperless way.
- You can manage deadlines and possess excellent negotiation skills that allow you to defend our market needs and brand values in local as well as international negotiations and you do this on a diplomatic and professional level.
