The primary objective of this role is to support the COO in the day to day validations and controls processes of the operational processes and operations.
They are looking for a meticulous person with at least 2 years' experience in finance who wants to fit in with a small team.

- Transactions validation;
- Control and validate daily operations (subscriptions/redemptions, cash and securities transfers);
- Control and validate events on clients data (clients on boarding process, clients modifications);
- Day to day operational controls;
- Control on a day to day basis the overall operational activities of our client and of its operational suppliers;
- Identify issues and set corrective actions;
- Improve processes and control tools to maintain best of bread quality of services to our final customers;
- Main point of contact for our suppliers and internal clients;
- Build, generate and maintain the internal management reports;
- On demand support for legal and fiscal reporting preparation;
- Suppliers & Services Level Management;
- Support in daytoday monitoring and oversight of Supplier relationship and of the related SLAs;
- Responsible in ensuring that all key deliverables over the life of the contract are completed within target completion timeframes;
- Support the monitoring of Supplier's monthly performance against established service level commitments and our expectations and works to close gaps. Reviews results with Supplier and other Departments monthly;
- Reporting of key business metrics (SLA, Volume, FTE, Regulatory compliance, etc.);
- Develop, document and use common operating procedures and process guidelines to ensure adherence to our internal governance, policies and procedures.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years related experience in a related function;
- Full efficiency in French, Dutch and English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Selfstarter, works well independently;
- Ability to interact with multiple groups and disciplines;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to develop working relationships across the organization & supplier at all levels;
- Provides a superior client experience;
- Attention to detail and quality is crucial;
- Ability to think conceptually;
- Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project team (who needs to know, what they need to know, when and how);
- Comprehensive knowledge and efficient management of Supplier Management processes is an asset;
- Business knowledge/background in the financial industry, especially in Middle and Back Office activities.
