Met je uitstekende leiderscapaciteiten bereid je de projecten grondig voor, faciliteer je ze en coördineer je ze tot het einde. Je stuurt je team en onderaannemers aan en houdt daarbij rekening met de deadlines en het budget. Je houdt de division manager op de hoogte van belangrijke ontwikkelingen en het projectverloop. Met je persoonlijkheid charmeer je de klanten en je teamleden. Het is je doel om steeds het beste in je team naar boven te halen. Kwaliteit is key. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische, financiële en economische uitvoering van het project en vat ze in een rapport samen.

Je hebt meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige sector. Dankzij je fantastische projectmanagementskills krijg je werkelijk alles gedaan. Timemanagement is je stokpaardje. Je hecht dan ook belang aan een goeie planning en opvolging. Je bent een geboren leider en communicator. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en resultaatgedrevenheid zorgen ervoor dat je bij elk project het onderste uit de kan haalt. Je houdt het hoofd steeds koel. Krappe deadlines, onverwachtse wijzigingen of complicaties zijn voor jou geen probleem.
