Mission:


You will develop and realize a competence development strategy, create the road map of the development programs to meet the short - and long-term company demands of competences and skills, and contribute for building the talent pipeline of the Portable Air Division.


  • You will continue to nurture #neverstoplearning culture and encourage leaders to promote lifelong relevance approach.
  • You will Increase visibility and accessibility of the development opportunities by different functions and job levels within the Portable Air organization.
  • You will develop the competency matrix for the roles within the divisional structure.
  • You will define the efficient assessment tools and implement those into our people management processes.
  • Together with VP HR and other business leaders you will contribute for further development of internal divisional training programs.
  • You will improve the learning data analytics and propose new indicators for a betterinformed decision on competence development investments, including return on investment calculations
  • You will manage our LMS (Learning management system) as one stopshop for learning by all employees.
You will report to the VP HR of Portable Air Division

This is a hybrid position with the main location onsite based in Antwerp, Belgium

Experience:

  • You hold a university degree HR or Business management related.
  • You have good experience within learning and development area and at least 7 years of total experience in different HR domains.
  • You have developed several learning programs for different level of positions
  • We also value an experience in learning management systems and data analytics.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Other languages are an advantage.
  • You have knowledge of learning management systems and the assessments tools.
