De functie in het kort
- Als buyer stel je de bestekken op, zorg je voor de correcte uitvoering van de technische voorschriften ervan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische opleveringen.
- Je behandelt de interne bestellingen (bestellingen van de verschillende directies binnenin de GOB) en verzorgt de opvolging ervan.
- Je beheert de offerte-aanvragen (bijvoorbeeld werkkledij, bij distributeurs van drankautomaten, bestellingen van kantoorartikelen) in het kader van overheidsopdrachten, prospecteert vervolgens de markt om de meest geschikte leverancier(s) te vinden en tot slot voer je de overheidsopdrachten uit (plaatsen van bestellingen, controleren van de ontvangen artikelen, enz.).
- Je stelt bestelbonnen op, plaatst bestellingen, controleert de ontvangen artikelen en de uiteindelijke factuur.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de dossiers administratief in orde zijn.
- Je communiceert klantgericht en wil steeds de best mogelijke dienstverlening bieden.
- Je identificeert en meldt problemen en formuleert oplossingen.

Wie zijn wij?
Er is 1 plaats vacant bij de Dienst Facilities van Brussel Synergie bij de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (Sint-Lazarusplein 2, 1035 Sint-Joost-ten-Node).
De Dienst Facilities zorgt voor het beheer van de administratieve gebouwen en van het onroerende patrimonium van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest alsook voor de diensten die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van de gewestelijke besturen.
De dienst Facilities bestaat concreet uit 4 polen en ongeveer 75 personen:
- De directie "Sturing" coördineert het management van de directie en de beheersinstrumenten: financiële en menselijke middelen, communicatie en sturingsinstrumenten, overheidsopdrachten, uniek contactpunt voor het beheer van de aanvragen van onze klanten ("Single Point of Contact").
- De directie "Administratieve gebouwen" beheert het onderhoud, de investeringen en de organisatie van de ruimtes binnen de gebouwen waarin de diensten van de Regering, zoals de gewestelijke ambtenaren, zijn ondergebracht.
- De directie "Goederen en diensten" beheert de diensten bestemd voor onze interne klanten: aankoopcentrale (benodigdheden), kantines, onthaal, drukkerij, auto
- en fietsvloot, briefwisseling,...
- De directie "Onroerend patrimonium" beheert de goederen die zijn opgenomen in lijst A van de inventaris van het vastgoedpatrimonium van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest (onderhoud, aankoop, verkoop, huur of verhuur, bouw, renovatie).
Je komt terecht in de directie "Goederen en diensten" waar je samenwerkt met 5 collega's.
Brussel Synergie wil een referentiepartner worden in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Dit bestuur heeft als opdracht de uitvoering van het regeringsbeleid te vergemakkelijken en de spelers binnen en buiten de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) te linken. Het bestuur garandeert de algemene samenhang van onze werking, onze acties en coördineert de acties van de verschillende besturen van de GOB. Finaal staat Brussel Synergie hen bij via een algemene dienstverlening.

Wie zoeken we?
Je beschikt over een algemeen bachelor diploma met 1 jaar werkervaring.
1. Vereist diploma op de uiterste inschrijvingsdatum:
- Diploma van bachelor uitgereikt na een opleiding van één cyclus of na de eerste cyclus van een opleiding van twee cycli na ten minste 180 studiepunten uitgereikt door een universiteit of een Hogeschool, een 'Ecole supérieure des arts' of door een door de Staat of door één van de Gemeenschappen ingestelde examencommissie of elke academische graad van de eerste cyclus afgeleverd in uitvoering van bepalingen voorafgaand aan deze die van toepassing waren bij de inwerkingtreding van voorgaand besluit.
- Getuigschrift, diploma of brevet van het zeevaartonderwijs van de hogere cyclus.
- Diploma van meetkundig schatter van onroerende goederen.
- Diploma van gegradueerde van het hoger beroepsonderwijs, uitgereikt door een instelling opgericht, gesubsidieerd of erkend door de Staat of door één van de Gemeenschappen, met uitzondering van het diploma van gegradueerde in de verpleegkunde uitgereikt in het hoger beroepsonderwijs.
