Belfius is binnen de directie HR, Building & facility management op zoek naar een collega veiligheidsadviseur Physical Security die nauwgezet de lopende en eventuele nieuwe security contracten kan opvolgen.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de betrokken leveranciers; nagaan dat de gemaakte afspraken opgevolgd worden en je stuurt bij waar nodig.
Je werkt hiervoor samen met een enthousiast team van veiligheidsadviseurs en onze Back Office medewerkers.
Bijkomend zal je de statische (vaste opdrachten) bewakingsagenten, ingezet in onze hoofd
- en regionale gebouwen, mee aansturen zodat het veiligheidsniveau steeds op niveau blijft.
De belangrijkste taken:
- je werkt KPI's/SLA's uit om de betrokken leveranciers op te volgen
- je stuurt de leidinggevenden van de bewakingsagenten aan in onze hoofd
- en regionale gebouwen
- je bent verantwoordelijk om recurrente overlegmomenten te organiseren met de betrokken leveranciers
- je werkt controles uit om de betrokken leveranciers op te volgen
- je zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de interne stakeholders, jezelf en de collega's veiligheidsadviseurs en onze Back Office
- je zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging en rapportering
- je analyseert de gerapporteerde incidenten en de kwaliteit van de rapportering van de bewakingsagenten
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een Bachelor diploma (of gelijkaardig door ervaring)
- elevante kennis van veiligheidssystemen en/of bereidheid om je hierin te verdiepen
- ervaring met opvolgings
- en rapporteringstools; ervaring in het opvolgen van leveranciers door middel van KPI's
- je bent administratief aangelegd, proactief, analytisch, goed georganiseerd en probleemoplossend
- je bent kritisch ingesteld en je durft zaken in te vraag stellen, met het oog op het efficiënter maken van de bestaande processen
- je bent communicatief en contactvaardig
- je kan autonoom werken en bent een teamplayer
- je bent vlot tweetalig NL/FR-FR/NL
Je scoort extra met:
- kennis van de werking van de netten en de specifieke veiligheidsrisico's
