Als **Quality Project Associate** ben je verantwoordelijk voor drie belangrijke processen bij de productie van nieuwe farmaceutische producten. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regulatory CMC (= Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) conformiteit van de fabrieksprocessen met de reglementaire aanvragen. De samenstelling, productieprocessen, specificaties, analysemethoden m.b.t. geneesmiddelen worden beschreven in de registratiedossiers van de verschillende markten. Als QPA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nastreven van reglementaire CMC-conformiteit tijdens uitvoeringen op de site ten opzichte van de registratiedossiers. Dit zal je doen door data verificatie en QA reviews van initiële marketingautorisatie-indieningen en variaties, reacties op vragen van gezondheidsinstanties en briefingdocumenten voor wetenschappelijke adviesvergaderingen. Ook voer je nalevingscontroles uit van de registratiedossiers van verschillende markten ten opzichte van de praktijk op de site en coördineer je impactbeoordelingen voor voorgestelde product gerelateerde wijzigingen.
Je zal ook consistent acteren als verantwoordelijke voor kwaliteit in overeenstemming met cGMP's en huidige regelgevende verwachtingen. Dit doe je voor de proceskwalificatie/validatie, methodevalidatie, filtervalidatie, componentkwalificatie en raw material evaluatie. Ten slotte zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige implementatie van goedgekeurde regelgevende wijzigingen op de site, volg je goedkeuringen en toezeggingen op in de verschillende markten, en werk je samen met de technici om systemen bij te werken en/of te lanceren (RSS-proces, LIMS-systeem, SAP, MBR, BRM, enz.) en je neemt de rol van lanceringcoördinator op binnen de Quality Operations (QO), voor de producten waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent. Zo ben je één van de verantwoordelijke voor kwaliteitssystemen en SOP's (bijv. Regulatory Filing Management), om ervoor te zorgen dat het proces efficiënt, effectief en compliant is.

Als **Quality Project Associate** ben/heb je:
- Een Master in een wetenschappelijke richting
- Idealiter 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de farmaceutische sector en/of medical device industrie
- Interesse in Quality Assurance, Compliance en Regulatory Affairs
- Goede analytische en probleemoplossende skills
- Vlot in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Kennis van cGMP
