Payroll International Analyst Fr/an

**Description**
En tant que Payroll international analyst, vous serez:
- l'interlocuteur des entreprises internationales ayant des employés en Belgique.
- En fonction de la taille du client, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuilleclients de 20 entreprises en moyenne.
- Vous surveillerez le processus de calcul des salaires de tous les employés de votre client.
- Vous le faites sur la base des performances/des informations fournies par votre client via un fichier Excel ou via le portail en ligne.
- Vous pouvez faire appel à l'équipe de soutien administratif.
- Vous faites en sorte que chaque employé reçoive son salaire correct et à temps.
- Vous vérifiez si la conversion du salaire brut en salaire net est correcte
- Vous traitez les demandes de pécule de vacances, de prime de fin d'année, d'éco-chèques, de chèques-repas, etc.
- Vous calculez les indemnités de départ en cas de démission ou de licenciement des employés.
- Vous gérez l'inscription de nouveaux employés sur le portail.
- Vous répondez à toutes les questions de vos clients/employés.
**Votre profil**
Vous travaillerez depuis notre antenne à Bruxelles. Vous parlez francais et anglais. Vous avez une expérience de deux ans en payroll ou service similaire (RH ou autre). Vous êtes de nature:
- analytique ; la connaissance d'Excel est un atout important
- précise, diligente, méticuleuse et ordonnée
- résistant au stress, respectueux des délais, axé résultats
- soucieux du service
- flexible, vous pouvez rapidement passer d'une tâche/priorité à l'autre
- communicative avec un don pour les langues
- désireux d'apprendre, motivé et plein d'enthousiasme
