Wat doe je als MultiPress Application Specialist?
 Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze project managers en klanten. Je biedt ze MultiPress ondersteuning in hun dagelijkse job. Je luistert aandachtig, analyseert en biedt oplossingen en MultiPress-inzichten. Soms zijn het simpele weetjes, soms complexe vraagstukken. Sommige klanten gebruiken MultiPress al jaren, anderen pas sinds gisteren. Jij snapt dus als geen ander dat het antwoord dat je geeft snel, duidelijk en klantvriendelijk moet zijn, hoe gek de vraag ook is. Zo wil je tenslotte zelf ook 'behandeld' worden.

Wat je dus echt

  • kunt : inleven in de klant
  • wilt : de vraag écht oplossen [snel, duidelijk en persoonlijk]
  • bent : iemand die kansen ziet en deze deelt met je collega's
  • doet : je volgt binnenkomende vragen zorgvuldig op in onze helpdesk software, je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van procedures
  • hebt : ambitie om opgeleid te worden tot expert in MultiPress
Profiel

  • Je hebt een passie voor ICT en beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows & Apple Macintosh. Daarbij komt een basiskennis netwerken en netwerksecurity zeker van pas.
  • Je hebt werkervaring met MultiPress
  • Dankzij je grafische studies of praktijkervaring zijn druktechnische begrippen geen Chinees.
  • Je beschikt over een groot analytisch en oplossend vermogen
  • Je kunt je goed inleven in de situatie van de klant
  • Je bent communicatief en creatief
  • Je weet als geen ander hoe je je kennis moet delen.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in een straal van 25 km rond Hasselt.
  • Een werkervaring in een grafisch productiebedrijf vormt een extra troef.
