**Site Supervisor - Brussel**
Voor onze klant gespecialiseerd in hoogstaande infrastructuur oplossingen zijn we momenteel op zoek naar extra ondersteuning voor het huidige projectteam. Als Site Supervisor zal je ervoor zorgen dat de techniek van glasvezelaansluiting tot aan de woning of MDU vlot verloopt.
Ben je graag actief betrokken bij het opvolgen van werven? Heb je ervaring in projectleiding en/of in de sector van kabel-, leidingbouw, telecom? Dan kom ik graag met je in contact om dit verder te bespreken
**Je functie**
- De operationele planning in functie van een optimale productiviteit van mensen en middelen beheren;
- Het opvolgen van het lastenboek en daaraan gekoppeld het aanreiken van doelgerichte oplossingen waarin een duidelijke afbakening is van verantwoordelijkheden zodanig dat de rendabiliteit van de werven gewaarborgd is;
- Supervisie** **van arbeiders in buitendienst die gelokaliseerd zijn op diverse werven alsook het motiveren en communiceren met deze werknemers. Op regelmatige basis zal je ook communiceren met jouw medewerkers via toolbox meetings en werfinspecties;
- De** **optimale veiligheid** **en signalisatie op publiek domein rekening houdend met de regels hieromtrent opgesteld. Het rapporteren van schade of tekortkomingen zal ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid behoren. Ook zal je nauw toezien op het dragen van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen door de werknemers;
- De rapportage naar de opdrachtgevers de voortgang en afwerking van de werven;
- De administratieve rapportering van werven en prestaties van medewerkers;
- Je rapporteert aan de Project Coördinator.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma bouw of elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring in projectleiding en/of in de sector van kabel-, leidingbouw, telecom;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans;
- Je bent flexibel, sociaal vaardig en hebt een goed organisatorisch vermogen;
- Communiceren en motiveren van mensen zijn jouw sterke punten;
- Je hebt een goede technische achtergrond en kan vlot overweg met PC : MS office, Ms project (is een pluspunt).
**Het aanbod**
Je krijgt als **Site Supervisor **een freelance project van 1 jaar met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Verder krijg je de kans jezelf te ontplooien op afwisselende projecten. Je komt in een zelfstandig team terecht en zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor uitdagende projecten.
