Project Manager ERP

Vous rejoignez une équipe de plus de 30 personnes qui œuvrent au quotidien pour l'implémentation et le maintien de système ERP Microsoft chez nos clients en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous supervisez et coordonnez l'ensemble des composantes des projets dont vous avez la charge. En plus de la gestion de vos projets, vous êtes responsable d'organiser l'ensemble des projets du département.
**VOTRE MISSION**
- Point central du projet, vous veillez à l'alignement des stakeholders tant internes qu'externes tout au long du projet (offre, planification, analyse, développement, déploiement);
- Garant de la qualité du livrable, vous pilotez l'ensemble des ressources affectées au projet et vous vous assurez que les compétences de celles-ci répondent aux besoins du projet;
- Point de contact pour le client, vous communiquez avec lui sur l'état d'avancement du projet. Vous challengez également ses attentes si celles-ci s'éloignent du scope fixé au préalable;
- Vous monitorez les différents indicateurs et anticipez tout dépassement budgétaire ou écart sur le planning défini. Vous établissez les reportings attendus par le client et en interne;
- Vous accompagnez le client dans sa démarche en apportant une approche de change management;
- Vous supportez les activités présales pour les estimations budgétaires.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Une expérience probante dans la gestion de projet d'ERP est nécessaire pour mener à bien les différents projets à venir;
- Une expérience en Navision /Business central est un sérieux atout;
- Véritable leader, vous êtes un élément fédérateur dans un projet. Dans des situations tantôt complexes, tantôt stressantes, vous arrivez à motiver vos équipes dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs fixés;
- Organisé, vous apportez de la structure tout en étant capable de faire face aux imprévus sans perdre le cap;
- Bon communicateur, vous vous montrez assertif afin de veiller aux intérêts de l'entreprise tout en répondant aux attentes du clients;
- Vous serez amené à réaliser des projets en Belgique et au Luxembourg. Dès lors, des déplacements seront nécessaires à des moments clés du projet.
