For our costing team in Dendermonde, we are looking for a _
_Business Analyst._

As a Business Analyst at PSS, you will join the Global Costing department, which is a truly global team of cost engineers and fellow business analysts.

We are spread over two offices:

Shenzhen (PRC) and Dendermonde (BE), which means you will have daily contacts worldwide and occasional travel to other plants.

Our main goal is to be a reliable partner for making data-driven business decisions of any kind - always making the link between the technical and the financial world.

Your main energy will be devoted to the RFQ (Request For Quotation) phase.

There, you will support our Sales colleagues in securing healthy business for PSS while trying to set fair targets for the rest of the organization.

In essence, you will scope business opportunities into business cases, coordinate them, analyse them, and eventually also present them to our Global Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Scope business opportunities into complete business cases
• Coordinate technical and cost information between R&D, Operations and Costing
• Constantly challenge your colleagues worldwide, both within and outside of Costing
• Analyse business case results and define key opportunities & risks
• Summarize and present business cases towards the Global Management Team

Qualifications and skills

• Relevant Master's degree in Finance and/or Engineering
• Very strong with numbers and experienced with MS Excel
• Stress resistant and able to work in a structured way
• Solid analytical skills
• Decent presentation skills, using fluent English
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
• Knowledge about lean, SAP or other tools can be a plus
• Any languages next to English can also be a plus
