Je beleeft een boeiend ontwikkelingstraject van 2 jaar. Om de 6 maanden neem je een duik in een andere afdeling en project. Zo ontdek je wat je écht ligt en leer je de bank en verzekeringen goed kennen.
De job in een notendop
In een 2-jarenprogramma zal je bij dit traineeship meewerken aan 4 strategische projecten bij de diensten IT, AI, Digital en Data van de bank- of de verzekeringspoot. Aan jou de keuze.
Afhankelijk van de projecten die je toegewezen krijgt, zal je diverse verrijkende taken kunnen vervullen. Zo zal je niet alleen de werking van IT en Data leren kennen, maar krijg je ook de kans jezelf te ontplooien en heel wat nieuwe competenties te verwerven.
Je vormt een noodzakelijk onderdeel van de teams en je krijgt van meet af aan verantwoordelijkheid.
In elke afdeling werk je direct samen met een team op strategische projecten. Wat je doet, vraagt verantwoordelijkheid en heeft dus meteen impact.
Na afloop van dat 2-jarig programma zal je klaar zijn om een sleutelrol op te nemen in IT, Digital of Data, afhankelijk van je affiniteiten.

Je hebt een passie voor technologie, innovatie en/of data en je staat te springen om je kennis in praktijk te brengen in de bank- en verzekeringswereld. Je hebt onlangs je Master behaald, liefst in STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) of data management, en/of je hebt al enige beroepservaring in een van die vakgebieden. Een flinke dosis nieuwsgierigheid. Zin om te evolueren (qua project en team) en het nodige aanpassingsvermogen.Je scoort extra met:
Een goede basis in codering. Kennis van het N/F of je beheerst de tweede landstaal.Belfius koestert zijn talenten
