Als Corporate Legal Counsel maak je deel uit van het Corporate Legal Team gevestigd in Brussel. Als expert in het vennootschaps- en financieel recht zijn uw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het geven van juridisch advies aan andere afdelingen zoals juridisch vastgoed, financiën, investeren en HR;
- Samenwerken met externe stakeholders (advocaten, notarissen, etc.) en daarnaast je eigen juridisch onderzoek doen;
- Corporate housekeeping voor onze Klant (notulen bestuurs- en algemene vergaderingen, KYC, UBO, AML) en bedrijfsverzekeringen;
- AVG-naleving;
- Het verlenen van juridische bijstand bij transactietransacties (aandelentransacties, enz.);
- Het verzekeren van een juridisch en reglementair toezicht (vennootschapsrecht, jurisprudentie, enz.).
Als bedrijfsjuridisch adviseur:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma Rechten;
- Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring als advocaat of bedrijfsjurist in het ondernemingsrecht en/of financieel recht;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal;
- Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid;
- Je weet de juiste balans te vinden tussen juridische nauwkeurigheid en pragmatisme;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en schrijfvaardigheden;
- Je bent georganiseerd en proactief en haalt deadlines;
- Je bent een teamspeler en deelt graag informatie en kennis;
- Je wilt een actieve rol spelen in het ESG-beleid van het bedrijf
In deze rol ben je:
